REEDS provides a rigorous professional training program for all associates who will be working with customers to instill detailed knowledge of gemological factors and a standardized professional and service-oriented demeanor at all REEDS locations, ensuring customers always receive a courteous and knowledgeable experience. The entire curriculum forms their REEDS University, and includes a course from the Diamond Council of America to become a Certified Diamontologist, which all associates are eligible to study to advance their expertise in gems.
